We are an Internet service and media company focusing on the PRC insurance industry. With localized websites targeting Greater China,
the Company primarily provides, through Soobao, a network portal through
its industry website, www.soobao.cn (hereinafter also referred
to as “Soobao”), to insurance companies, agents and consumers for advertising, online inquiry, news circulation, online transactions, statistic analysis and software development. The Company is also a licensed
online motor vehicle, property and life insurance agent generating revenues through sales commissions from customers in the PRC.
Soobao was originally founded with goal of raising the national
insurance consciousness and reducing the cost on national security in
China by constructing and maintaining its network portal (www.soobao.cn)
in order to integrate and optimize business flow during the course of insurance sales and related client services. From inception through the
end of 2006, Soobao was primarily engaged in institutional preparation and prior-period business development. |
